University and Göttingen University

To strengthen the
cooperation between Nanjing University and University of Göttinggen,
the lst Joint Symposium for Chemistry Faclties of both universities will be held
in Nanjing from 9th – 12th October 2009. The symposium
serves as a platform for chemists from both universities and other universities
nearby to share and exchange their latest idea and research results. We hope
such symposium will eventually lead to mutually beneficial research
collaborations in the future.

德国哥廷根大学的化学研究在世界和德国占有重要的地位，南京大学的化学学科的发展在中国乃至世界占有一席之位。2006年，德国哥廷根大学在南京设立办事处，双方高校在各方面已经和正在建立合作关系。为加强双方化学家在化学学科的交流，并寻找潜在的合作机会，加强合作，特举办此次哥廷根大学和南京大学化学双边会议。
