Abstract Submission
All attendees of 3rd ISOSDD 2012 are welcome to submit their abstract before 10 April, 2012 for an oral or a poster presentation (only one abstract per participant). Please submit your abstract online

Abstract Submission Closes 10 April 2012 Notification of Acceptance 20 April 2012 Author registration Closes 20 April 2012 Authors need to register by 20 April 2012 to ensure that papers are included in the program and abstract book distributed to all attendees.
Review
- 1. A team of reviewers will select the papers.
- 2. English shall be the official language throughout the meeting.
- 3. Acceptance is on condition that papers will be presented during the conference.
- 4. Part of Abstracts will be selected for this special issue (proceedings) in AAPS journal.
Meeting Registration
- 1. At least one author needs to register by 20 April 2012 to ensure that the paper is included in the program and abstract book.
- 2. Payment by bank transfer preferred.
Instructions - Abstract Submission
- 1. Please strictly follow the style file provided. Style File-View & Download here: Abstract template (.doc)
- 2. Abstract must be submitted online as a .doc file. Note: When you send your abstract, please save your document as Name-INITIALS-abstract.doc.
- 3. Each abstract should not be more than ONE journal size page.(if you think that it is necessary to have MORE ONE journal size, you should be approved by organizing committee)
- 4. Each abstract should include a title, authors' names, affiliations and email addresses.
- 5. Abstract will be accepted as oral or poster presentation.
- 6. Accepted abstracts will be printed in the book of abstracts dependent upon payment of the registration fees by September 30, 2012.
- 7. Each submission will be assigned a PAPER ID. Please quote this in all correspondences.
Technical information
- Laptop computers connected to digital video projectors will be available in each lecture room. Speakers are required to provide their presentations well in advance of their session. Accepted supports: CDs and USB devices.
- Plenary lectures: 40 min plus 5 minutes for questions and discussion
- Invited Lectures: 25 minutes plus 5 minutes for questions and discussion
- Poster presentation: The recommended format is A0 (W: 841mm × H: 1189mm). The presenting authors are requested to be in front of their poster during the poster sessions.
