Information for Visa Application

    In order to get your entrance Visa to P. R. China, you should provide pertinent information to us, and then we will send you an Official Invitation Letter, with which you could apply for a Visa at a nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country. Please fill in this form and send to us.

   We also realize that for our attendees abroad, some documents will be needed before applying for visa during this year :

1. A copy of the invitation from the Symposium inviting you to come to China and do what you are going to do (must be an original)

2. This is the tough one - The Symposium must contact the Chinese's government and get permission for you to come to China (must be an original)

3. Copy of the hotel confirmation

4. An original letter from your company stating why you are going to China

  For Item 1, 2, 3, the Symposium will provide the materials and send all attendees aborad who need the entrance Visa to China, So please fill in the above visa form and send it back to us.

   For item 4, please our attendees contact your company to obtain it.
